UPDATE: Guns N’ Roses Guitarist Slash In the Studio (Photo)

I posted an instagram post from London Hudson of his Dad Slash in the studio with his guitar tech Adam Day. See the photo below!

Some fans pointed out that London’s band Classess Act were in the studio. Their instagram page posted the photo below showing London and one of his bandmates. It was also revealed that Classless Act is in the process of looking for a singer. Their asking for audition tapes of people singing the Guns N’ Roses song Out Ta Get Me from Guns N’ Roses masterpiece Appetite for Destruction. It’s possible that Slash was in the studio helping his son’s band out with some songs.

Nerding Out Over Tour Diaries

Our buddy Kevin who is a big Guns N’ Roses collector if you didn’t already know, has shared some more of his collection today! He shows off the Use Your Illusion tour diaries that the band members and crew used to use while on the road from 1991 to 1993. I don’t know about you guys but I nerd out over this kind of stuff. Check the video for tour diaries.

London Hudson’s Recent Interview

Slash’s son London Hudson was recently interviewed on the Appetite For Distortion Podcast. London Hudson, along with his bandmate Niko Tsangaris were on the show to promote their band Classless Act. London briefly talked about Chinese Democracy and had this to say:

“I never really listened to it until I first heard it live, like ‘Chinese Democracy,’ then I looked up the song. I really didn’t know what the album was for a long time.”

London also discussed his Dad, Slash’s return to Guns N’ Roses

“He seems really excited to play, that he’s able to do what he loves with the guys that he loves. It’s cool, because a lot of the Velvet Revolver stuff I don’t remember how he was acting, but you can tell he’s excited every show. He’s nervous before every show to play. He does his 20 minutes of solitude before the shows, still.”
