Matt Sorum’s First Interview of 2018!

Ex-Guns N’ Roses Drummer Matt Sorum did his first interview of 2018! In the interview he appears on Good Day LA with Actress Jane Lynch to talk about the Adopt the Arts program which helps bring music and instruments to under funded schools. Matt has an upcoming event for Adopt the Arts honouring former Van Halen vocalist Sammy Hagar. There’s some cringe worthy moments towards the end when Paradise City is played and Matt Sorum seems a bit uncomfortable. Maybe the crew were told that there were to be no Guns N’ Roses questions. Who knows. Enjoy the interview below!

Free Australian Show at a Pizzeria!

Legendary Guns N’ Roses keyboardist Dizzy Reed has announced a free one-off Australian show in support of his debut solo album, Rock N’ Roll Ain’t Easy.

Dizzy will be playing Sydney’s Frankie’s Pizza By The Slice on Sunday, 18th February, where he’ll play a selection of classic Gunners tracks, as well as some of his solo material. The show (which is first-come-first-served) will also feature a bunch of local Aussie bands from 5pm, including The Velvet Addiction and The Kids.

Rock N’ Roll Ain’t Easy is set for release on 16th February, just two days before Reed’s show at Frankie’s. For more details about the gig, head to the official Facebook event.

Guns N’ Roses toured Australia at the start of 2017, but said they’ll “be back” to tour down under again in the future.
