lash Releases Online Pinball Game To Promote ‘Living the Dream’

Slash revealed in an interview earlier this week that he was working on a new pinball machine. Well this week we had Slash open a website that lets people play a Slash themed pinball machine to unlock a Spotify playlist. The songs on the playlist appear to be from Slash’s work with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators!

Slash Briefly Mentions Working on a New Pinball machine in a New Interview!

Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash sat down with The Times during the band’s last gig of the European Not in This Lifetime Tour in Iceland. During the interview he said something interesting about a possible new Guns N’ Roses pinball machine. The original Guns N’ Roses pinball machine was released in 1994 by the company Data East. According to the article:

“Slash’s life may still be driven by rock’n’roll, but the drugs, booze and wild adventures are a thing of the past. These days he leads a relatively stable existence in Los Angeles, with his two sons by his ex-wife Perla Ferrar, his girlfriend Meegan Hodges and his pinball machines. “I’m working on a Guns N’ Roses pinball machine, but I’m not a big collector. They take up too much space and the missus is always, like . . . ‘Really?’ ”

Slash Talks to Classic Rock Magazine!

Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash sat down with Classic Rock in a new interview where he talked about the possibility of new Guns N’ Roses music. Slash will be on the front cover of the latest issue of Classic Rock Magazine, which will hit newstands August 21, 2018. He previously talked about Axl Rose’s professionalismon the Not in This Lifetime Tour. According to the interview

“With Guns, we’ve just started to touch the surface of what that’s going to all be, so I haven’t really fallen into that groove yet,” he told Classic Rock. “I think everybody thinks it’s a good idea, and everybody would like to do it. There’s no shortage of ideas from everybody involved, but we’ve been so busy on the road there hasn’t really been time to go in and sit down and go, ‘Okay, we’re going to make a record.’”

On September 21st, 2018, Slash will release Living the Dream, the third record co-credited to Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators, then go on the road for two months to promote it before going back to Guns N’ Roses for a South East Asia and Dubai tour. Slash suggested that the touring cycle for his work with the Conspirators  could cause a bit of a delay in the writing process for any potential Guns N’ Roses work, because his focus will be on the Conspirators.

“When Guns N’ Roses started doing its thing on the Not In This Lifetime tour,” he continued, “then the kind of writing I was doing was actually more tailored towards Guns, because that was the environment I was in. … When it comes down to it, a riff is a riff. It could work in either context. But with the Conspirators, anything I come up with, Myles Kennedy will come up with something – and that’s why it’s such a diverse record. With Guns, you have no idea where that’s going to go either, so it’s really hard to focus on one or the other, but I feel like while I’m out with Guns I’m thinking about Guns stuff. When I’m out with Conspirators, I’m thinking of Conspirators.
