Dirty Honey Talks About Hanging Out With Guns N’ Roses
Dirty Honey who opened for Guns N’ Rose sat both of their Las Vegas shows last month gave an interview to AL.com and talked about hanging out with Axl Rose of Guns N’ Roses. Check out the exchange below!
And from Dirty Honey opening for Guns N’ Roses?
Axl with his voice, warming up and cooling down even after shows, and I got to meet him too, which was pretty cool. Just the level of professionalism, the way their crew operated, there’s no messing around on that show. And that’s probably one of the reasons why it’s working, you know? There’s no chaos anymore. There’s no drugs and booze backstage. It’s pretty chill.
What was your interaction with Axl Rose like?
It was pretty interesting. [Laughs] Yeah, my manager introduced me to him. Axl was very nice and very gracious, too. And I got to chat with him about things like Netflix and TV shows for about a half an hour and the whole time I was like pinching myself.
Motley Crue Makes Top Ten Searched Artists for 2019 According to Google
Google recently released its “Year in Search 2019” list, and Motley Crue made the top 10 list of trending searches when looking at musician artists
Motley Crue took the number 6 spot of the list of trending artists in the “Musicians and Bands Category.” The list also included hip hop and acts from other genres. To no one’ssurprise Rapper Lil Nas X took the number one spot.
To no surprise the peak number of Motley Crue searches happened in late Marhc during the same time the band’s biopic the “The Dirt” was released on Netflix. According to Google’s “Interest Over Time” table in the Motley Crue results section, Mar. 24-30 was the peak of trending Crue searches. This shouldn’t be a surprise since March 22, 2019 was the release of their Netflix “The Dirt” documentary. Other peak search periods for Motley Crue were Nov. 17-23 and Dec. 8-14, which of course happened around the time they announced their 2020 tour details.

Former Guns N’ Roses drummer Steven Adler appeared on Thursday’s episode of Eddie Trunk’s “Trunk Nation: L.A. Invasion” on Sirius XM and talked a bit about his role in the reunion saying that “it was really awesome” that he got to perform with GUNS N’ ROSES on the band’s reunion tour. Adler performed several shows with the band including their appearances in Cincinnati, Nashville and Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2016. He not appeared with the band since, but revealed earlier that he was offered a chance to join them on stage during their trek through Australia, Thailand and Japan in 2017, but declined due to the fact he was only invited to perform one song. During Adler’s appearance with the band he played “Out Ta Get Me” and “My Michelle” from the group’s 1987 debut album “Appetite for Destruction.”
