Guns N’ Roses Unveil New Project!

Guns N’ Roses Announce Children’s Book! How Punk Rock!

Guns N’ Roses announced on Facebook that they are releasing a children’s book titled “Sweet Child of Mine.” The full credit for this mind blowing idea goes to Team Brazil I’m sure. Check out the trailer the band released to coincide with this announcement

The band has teamed up with author James Patterson to release the title and it will be a picture book. According to People Magazine, the story follows two girls named Maya and Natalia Rose who are Guns N’ Roses manager Fernando Lebeis daughter and neice as they grow up together touring with Guns N’ Roses. Fernando would put a statement saying

“We ourselves have been part of the ‘Guns family’ for over 30 years … being able to bring this into a children’s print book is truly special and a fun milestone in our lives,”

The illustrations were painted by children’s book artist Jennifer Zivoin.

The book is out on Sept. 1 and can be pre-ordered here.

The Amazon description of the book states

“Iconic band Guns N’ Roses gives new meaning to the beloved lyrics from ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’ in this vivid, heartfelt picture book. Follow a child’s wondrous discovery that music is everywhere around us–from the gentle wind blowing through the bluest skies, to the fearful crash of the thunder and the rain.”

The Story Behind Axl Rose’s Masterpiece “Estranged”

Today we take a look at arguably one of Guns N’ Roses most epic songs, “Estranged.” Found on “Use Your Illusion 2,” the song is the final piece of the trilogy found on Guns N’ Roses “Use Your Illusion” albums. While the music video is way over the top, the song itself is a huge fan favourite. Check out the full story on the song below!

Axl Rose and Steve Mnuchin Get Into Feud on Twitter

With nothing better to do, both Guns N’ Roses frontman and Donald Trump’s Secretary of the Treasury Steve Mnuchin got into a Twitter feud yesterday that no one saw coming. It all started when Rose sent out a Tweet saying “It’s Official Steve Mnuchin Is Officially An Expletive.” Mnuchin surprisingly tweeted back asking the Guns N’ Roses frontman what he’s done for the country lately. Rose responded back without saying what he’s done for the country but criticized the administration for being responsible for over 70,000 coronavirus deaths. Check out the exchange below!
